About VC300 Two-Way Dispensing Valve Controller
The VC300 digital dispenser is a sophisticated dispensing controller which rapidly actuates pneumatic dispensing valves to deliver more accurate and repeatable dots or beads.
Using a 5/2-way pneumatic solenoid valve, the controller provides a continuous ‘valve off’ state until a signal is received from the in-built manual, timer and cycle functions, or an external source such as a benchtop dispensing robot.
By using positive pressure to close air-actuated dispensing valves, such as the MV-0180LF microshot needle valve or 790HP-LF high pressure valve, materials are dispensed with a higher level of control, preventing material run-on, and allowing faster processing.
An integrated pressure regulator and gauge allows the controller to control both dispense valve actuation and the fluid pressure of the fluid feed system being supplied to the dispense valve, resulting in a simple and compact valve system setup.
