About Sealants

We help you specify sealing materials which gap fill, form a barrier to unwanted contamination or ingress, and maintain sealing properties for the expected lifetime, service conditions and environments of your product. Sealants are a type of mechanical seal. Sealants can also block dust, sound and heat transmission. Sealants can be characterised as weak or strong, flexible or rigid, and permanent or temporary. Sealants are not typically adhesives, but they contain certain similar qualities and are also known as adhesive sealants or structural sealants.

Our line of sealants includes those based on silicone chemistry (or RTV), UV curable and flexible epoxy types – covering a wide range of applications, processes, working temperatures, viscosities, hardnesses and cure speeds. Some of our temporary masking products are also used as temporary sealing materials.

Application of your sealant can be made faster, cleaner, more consistent and more efficient with one of our dispensing systems.
