About Dispensing Component Kits

Our dispensing component kits provide a variety of components to help you evaluate and establish your dispensing process. They complement many dispensing methodologies, from manual dispensing with a thumb plunger, to use of a dispensing controller, to highly accurate and repeatable dispensing valves and pumps. We offer different kits dependent on your requirements: a full dispensing component kit, a consumables kit focusing on a wide range of syringe barrels and pistons, and a dispensing tip selection kit.

The FIS QK-CSK Dispensing Consumables Starter Kit offers samples of a variety of sizes and colours of QuantX syringe barrels, along with matched pistons, barrel adapter assemblies and a FISQK-NSK dispensing needle sample kit. If you are starting your dispensing process from scratch, this kit is an excellent supplement for dispensing controllers, such as the Fisnar DC50 benchtop liquid dispensing controller.

The FIS QK-NSK Dispensing Needle Sample Kit is a great way to get to know the various Fisnar dispensing needles and trial what style and gauge works best for you and your materials. It contains a selection of 50 QuantX dispensing needles including blunt end tips, tapered tips, PFTE lined tips and flexible tips.

The FIS DCK800X – QuantX™ Dispensing Component Kit contains a wide selection of our most popular dispensing consumables, including dispensing needles and a variety of accessories. It is designed to provide a ready source for any of the parts you need for your dispensing applications. Its rugged and robust fabrication ensures long life with trays that are ergonomically designed to allow frequent removal and replacement. Trays may be topped up as required. It provides convenient benchtop storage for your dispensing consumables as well as acting as a selection reference source. The FIS DCK800X – QuantX Dispensing Component Kit is an inexpensive way to put an extensive range of dispensing parts at your fingertips.
