About THINKY Material Temperature and Rotation Multi-sensor
The THINKY Multi-Sensor aids manufacturers in the research, development and optimisation of material mixing processes using THINKY planetary mixers.
During a mixing process, the sensor logs a clear and reliable stream of material temperature data within the mixing container. With this data, mixing processes can be adjusted to limit the creation of excess heat, important for sensitive materials, such as heat curing epoxies, where temperatures need to remain low to prevent premature curing.
In addition to heat, the sensor also provides information on the rotation speed using a gyro sensor.
Using Bluetooth technology to connect wirelessly to a computer, the sensor allows data to be downloaded and analysed remotely.
The sensor is available in 3 sizes to fit 150, 300 and 550 ml HDPE Thinky mixing containers.
