About Smooth Flow Tapered Dispensing Tips
We recommend smooth flow tapered dispensing tips for dispensing medium to high viscosity or filled materials like solder paste or conductive adhesives. They allow a higher flow rate with lower pressures and shorter dispense times, enhancing productivity. Their fully tapered, conical design resists clogging when dispensing particle-filled materials. They are suitable for use with cyanoacrylate adhesives.
Made from polypropylene, these tips have a uniform length (1.25″) that is flash free for consistent fluid dispensing. Smooth flow tapered dispensing needles are available in a range of sizes, including smaller 27 gauge and 30 gauge sizes. All colours are UV blocking.
All of our dispensing tips are compatible with the standard luer fitting, so are suitable for use with our dispensing barrels and manual syringes, as well as most other dispensing barrels and syringes on the market. Our premium dispensing tips have a threaded luer profile, which locks the tip and prevents it from loosening in the barrel and falling off (especially with “slippery” materials like oil and silicone).
