It’s not every day that your boss takes you to Paris for an Art Deco lunch and a cruise along the Seine. So what was so special that it prompted the whole company to go on a day trip to Paris? A while ago, the team at Intertronics were set a challenge by MD Peter Swanson. It was an ambitious challenge – in fact it was a Big Hairy Audacious Goal. What better way to celebrate our collective success in reaching this BHAG than a company excursion to one of the world’s finest global centres for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture?

The company trip to Paris not only gave us all a wonderfully memorable experience but it also typified what we as a company are about. We are a company that embraces progress, we strive for continuous improvement in everything that we do, and we set ourselves bold targets because we know that we can be the best at what we do. We have teamwork at our core and we celebrate the success of our people, not just by this trip to Paris but in everything we do.
