They must have great products, be reliable and communicative and supportive, be innovative, and above all – share our values. With all these things aligned, we build enduring win-win relationships.
There is no better example than our partnership with Dymax – together we have been serving the market in the British Isles for over 25 years, Intertronics having been appointed a distributor in March 1991. Over that period, not only have the two companies grown substantially, but we have grown our business together every year.
Besides considerable commercial success, I would characterise our relationship with Dymax as being one of constant learning, and sharing what we know – not just about technology and markets, but about business in a broader sense, and how we can both get better at what we do.
To celebrate the longevity and accomplishments of this partnership, our team visited the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. We went to be inspired by the drawings of one of the greatest ever artists, Michelangelo, and to have a congratulatory dinner in the rooftop restaurant afterwards.
