DYMAX Ultra-Red™ 1193M-SV05-UR is a ISO 10993 tested, medical grade adhesive designed for rapid dispense and the bonding of plastics and metals. Typically used in the manufacture of medical syringes and needles, the adhesive is multi-purpose and can be used across a range of applications. Bondable substrates include PC, PU, PS, ABS and stainless steel.
It cures upon exposure to UV and/or visible light, making it a good choice when speed is needed. DYMAX Ultra-Red™ products fluoresce bright red under low-intensity “black” light (365 nm). The bright red fluorescence contrasts extremely well on plastics that naturally fluoresce blue in colour (like PVC), and greatly assists with visual inspection of the bond-line area.
