About preeflow® eco-FEED Automated Two-Part Cartridge Dispensing System

The preeflow eco-FEED is an automated, pneumatic dispensing system designed for feeding two-part materials supplied in side-by-side cartridges to metering, mixing and dispensing equipment. Using compressed air, the eco-FEED supplies a precise, steady flow of the two separate components to systems such as the eco-DUO positive displacement valve.

For two-part materials with contrasting viscosities which require different dispensing pressures, the two dispensing pistons within the eco-FEED can be regulated independently with up to 6 bar of pressure, providing increased control and flexibility.

Material usage can be observed using the integrated optical level monitoring system on the front of the unit, enabling process reliability by eliminating the risks of an exhausted material supply during production.

The eco-FEED is suitable for the most common double chamber cartridge sizes, including 200 ml and 400 ml. Dispensing is possible with mixing ratios from 1:1 to 2:1 and from 4:1 to 10:1.
