Description
The I&J7900-LF is a compact desktop dispensing robot featuring
all the programming functions and memory capacity of the larger I&J7000
models. The I&J7900-LF is
an ideal choice when cost and bench space are important considerations. The robot
is fully RoHS compliant with a sizable work area of 200 x 200mm and a Z-axis
of 50mm. It is portable with up-to-date technology in teach pendant
design and stepping motor drive control systems. The I&J7900-LF
is a robust industrial robot and has all the features found in higher cost
dispensing robots.
Interpolation is possible in all axes permitting any dispensing path such as gasket beads and auto-fill areas. The I&J7900-LF can apply dots, lines, circles, and eclipses in any point-to-point or continuous path configuration.
The I&J7900-LF can use simple dispensing barrels, controlled by a pneumatic dispenser, or a dispensing valve, fed from some form of reservoir. Please contact us for a full discussion of your requirements.
