Premium Syringe Barrels
Syringe Barrels - Natural
Highly stable and accurate design with minimal resistance and ultra parallel uniformity over length of the syringe barrel make the 500 series the premium product the first choice for packaging high value fluids and accurate dispensing. All dispensing barrels are designed to be integrated seamlessly with any of our liquid dispensing units. Designed for any production setting, they come in size from 3cc to 55cc and in UV blocking amber and black versions for light or UV sensitive materials. All disposable barrels have a luer lock end fitting to easily attach dispensing tips. The round bottom design allows for ease of dispensing more viscous materials. Polypropylene. Silicone free.

Air Powered Polyethylene Pistons

White PE Pistons
Pistons serve two purposes, they spread pressure evenly across the fluid and trap the fluid in the syringe. They also prevent tunneling in higher viscosity fluids. Pistons should not be used with cyanoacrylates due to potential stalling caused by blooming of the material. Black PE pistons are used with UV fluids.

Syringe Barrel End Caps
Red polyethylene end cap bungs secure the neck opening of the syringe barrel when not in use or in storage. Quick twist fastening ensures air tight seal. Blue polyethylene end cap clips secure the neck of the syringe barrel when not in use or in storage. Clip fastening ensure air tight seal

Syringe Barrel Adapters
