Description
ACC Silicone Encapsulation & Potting Compounds. Suitable for both thin and deep section cure. Potting sensitive components to protect from vibration, high humidity or other harsh environmental conditions. Fast efficient heat transfer from electronic components to heat sinks or outer casings. Protective coatings for pcb's. Protection for automotive electronics, control boxes, etc. Potting and sealing of cable joint assemblies.

ACC Q-Sil 550	UL94 V-0 tested, reversion resistant, Shore A 55 hard rubber Q-Sil 550 is a 2-component, silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting applications. It offers good protection against impact damage and can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured product is a hard, medium to high modulus, elastomer that can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed in a simple 1:1 ratio. Condensation cured
ACC SE2005	Free flowing, variable cure times, medium hard rubber. This group of rubbers form a family of products which have been formulated as general purpose, 2 component, silicone rubber encapsulants for electronic assemblies. Each member of this group of products is cured by the addition of a small quantity of its corresponding catalyst. Silicone gels
ACC Q-Gel 310	General purpose silicone gel. 24h RT cure. Q-Gel 310 is one of a family of soft, adherent, clear silicone elastomeric gels designed for the encapsulation and protection of electronics components. It is a low viscosity, 2-component system that is readily mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Q-Gel 310 is the softest gel in this group of products. It is used to provide protection from vibration, thermal or mechanical shock.
