THINKY Mixers are well-known for being able to mix, disperse and degas your materials in seconds to minutes, in sealed or lid-less containers, such as a jar, beaker, syringe or cartridge.
Another application is the conditioning or degassing of materials in pre-filled syringes. The planetary action (revolving and rotating at high speeds) can remove air without the need to pull a vacuum; vacuum could encourage the loss of lower molecular weight constituents. And the mixing action will not lead to material separation, unlike simple centrifuges.
A high viscosity (32,000cP) epoxy has its bubbles removed in a THINKY Mixer, without vacuum.
