Description
The DYMAX BlueWave 50 UV Spot Light is a state of the art UV
curing lamp, for curing UV adhesives, coatings and other materials. Its
combination of curing capability and bulb longevity makes it the economical
workhorse of the industry. The BlueWave 50 maximises UV light output for
quick and complete surface cure, whilst minimising IR, reducing the risk of
component overheating. It can be used in manual applications or mounted for
automated processes. The BlueWave 50's efficient performance make it an ideal
lamp for curing applications in disposable medical device manufacture, electronics
assembly, optics and other industrial spot curing applications.
Efficient cure with more features for low running costs and user safety
- Digital shutter timer can be activated manually by footswitch or by PLC for greater process flexibility.
- Pre-focused bulb reflector assembly ensures maximum output every bulb change. The bulb can be replaced in approximately one minute.
- Low maintenance and up to 4000 hour bulb life results in minimal downtime and higher throughput, with low cost of ownership.
- Thermally controlled, dual fan cooling/filtering system ensures optimal operating temperature for long bulb life. Dust filters prevent internal contamination.
- Proprietary dichroic reflector coating, with additional optical filter, provides maximum UV output with minimum heat for greater flexibility in processing and reduced risk of damaging adhesives or parts.
- The BlueWave 50 has a two year warranty (except bulb and lightguide).
