DYMAX UVC-5 UV Curing Conveyor
The new DYMAX UVC-5 UV Curing Conveyor System uses a high-intensity UV/visible light source for fast curing of adhesives, coatings and encapsulants. This cost-effective and versatile light curing system is perfect for your lab or factory. It is a self-contained unit which fits on a bench and is powered from normal mains electricity. It is constructed from heavy gauge powder coated steel to produce a robust and dependable workhorse.

The DYMAX UVC-5 Conveyor System is equipped with a 120 mm wide belt. The lamp head is height adjustable on the belt, from ~15mm to a maximum of ~60mm (custom conveyors are available for larger objects). Curing time can be adjusted by changing the belt speed from 0.1 to 11 meters per minute.

Hand Held UV Flood Curing Lamp is Very Versatile

Our adhere brand of adhesive products benefits from a wide range of customer feedback, and as more engineers seek to take advantage of the developments in UV curing adhesives, it has become clear that applications are getting bigger. This includes production of large acrylic casings, glass to metal bonding, curing of coatings and UV curing of automotive body repairs.

In these situations it is important to achieve full UV illumination of the object. The IUV 250 UV Curing Flood Lamp has been developed in response to these needs and provides a high intensity, versatile UV flood source for hand held or fixed mounting.

It features a light-weight robust housing at low cost with three interchangeable filters. These provide: standard filter for UV curing; a blue filter with reduced visible light; and a black light filter for fluorescent inspection, e.g. crack testing of high stress components, also in quality control environments for the engineering, aviation, textiles and printing industries, or for micro-contamination detection in clean rooms.

The IUV 250 UV Curing Flood Lamp, in conjunction with DYMAX UV adhesive products, offers you a high performance introduction to UV technologies at modest cost and is ideal for individual projects or large items where a static lamp is not suitable. DYMAX ACCU-CAL 50 UV Curing Radiometer
New Radiometer for Simple UV Process Control

The new DYMAX ACCU-CAL™ 50 Radiometer is ideal for monitoring UV curing processes. Unlike most radiometers which can only be used either for UV spot systems or for floods or for conveyors, the new device fits all three types of UV curing systems and is ideal for all types of industrial use – whether in R & D or production environments. A major feature is the special design which protects the photo-sensor from the high temperatures sometimes associated with today’s high intensity UV spot lamps. In addition the 12 months calibration period cuts calibration costs in half versus alternative radiometers with only a 6 month calibration period.

It is well known that to ensure complete cure of UV materials and a consistent curing process your curing light should be monitored regularly and accurately. The ACCU-CAL 50 simplifies this monitoring. To provide further process parameters the ACCU-CAL 50 measures peak intensity and dose in addition to UV intensity. The radiometer can also be used to measure UV radiation at your operator workplace to determine compliance with standard guidelines for UV exposure.

The ACCU-CAL 50 is one of the most versatile and easy to use UV radiometers available – it is simple to operate and features repeatable measurement in the UVA spectrum (320 nm - 395 nm) from 1 mW/cm2 to 40 W/cm2. The ACCU-CAL 50 radiometer is compatible with all DYMAX flood lamps and UV conveyors as well as the standard 3mm, 5mm and 8mm light guides used with DYMAX UV curing spot systems.
