About Static Mixing Nozzles for Cartridges

We have a variety of static mixing nozzles to suit various ratios and cartridge sizes of materials. These nozzles come in the standard round shape and also a square shape.

Square static mixing nozzles allow two-part materials to be mixed sufficiently as they are dispensed from a cartridge.

In each mixing element, the number of formed layers is doubled. As a result, the square mixing elements achieve an outstanding mixing performance with very low pressure drop in comparison to other mixer designs. The shorter, compact length of the square nozzle reduces volume of waste.
