Description
The IJF RT-FLEXII-Z Rotary Table is an economical and convenient system for dispensing circular patterns of adhesives, silicones, grease and lubricants. The RT-FLEXII-Z has been designed for large circular objects, which can be mounted either on the left or right side of the rotary table. The pneumatic z-axis is adjustable in height and can be inclined at an angle for those applications requiring a side-wall dispense operation.
The RT-FLEXII-Z is fully adjustable in rotation-speed, circle diameter and dispensing time. Dispense from barrels, cartridges or valves mounted on the Z-axis gantry. The rotary turntables are programmed using the control panel on the machine. A dispenser (supplied separately) is mounted in the opening provided. The dispenser supplies the air dispense pulse for the material and is actuated by the rotary table.
