INTERTRONICS' range of static dissipative, polyethylene bottles. These ESD safe bottles have an average surface resistivity of 109 to 1010 ohms/sq. The bottles will dissipate a charge of +/- 5000 volts in less than two seconds at 40% RH.

Bottles

Our moulding process avoids the use of ethoxylated tertiary amines, a widely used anti static agent which can cause contamination. By their chemical nature, the bottles will not have any chemical reactivity with solvents such as alcohol. The pH of the DI water solutions tested were the same before and after a seven day period. No colour changes or any other physical changes were noted for any of the solvents tested.

ESD Safe Flux Dispensers
Flux bottles Static dissipative 2 oz flux dispensing bottles feature a surface resistivity of 109 to 1010 and can dissipate a ±5000V static charge in less than 2 seconds at 40% relative humidity. Three sizes of dispensing needles are available.

ESD Safe Pen Tip Flux Dispenser
Pen Tip Bottle Static dissipative 2 oz flux dispenser comes with a pen tip. Pushing down on bottle controls the amount of liquid dispensed. Replaceable tips available. This bottle offers an average surface resistivity of 109 to 1010, which will dissipate a ±5000V charge in less than 2 seconds at 40% relative humidity.

ESD Safe Solvent Dispensers
Solvent Dispensers Static dissipative dispensers come with a stainless steel pump with air tight check valve, or Purity Pump which protects against cross contamination by keeping fluid from returning to dispenser. Features an average surface resistivity of 109 to 1010, and can dissipate a ±5000V charge in less that 2 seconds at 40% relative humidity.
