About Dymax UV Curable Optical Adhesives for Optical Bonding and Lens Assembly
Dymax OP Series UV curable optical adhesives are optically clear, single-component adhesives designed for high-performance optical bonding, lens assembly, and precision photonics manufacturing. Curing in seconds with UV or visible light, these low-shrink, low-stress adhesives provide accurate component positioning, excellent optical clarity, and high bond strengths of up to 3,000 psi (21 MPa).
They bond glass, quartz, ceramics, metals, and engineering plastics, filling gaps up to 6 mm, making them ideal for lens bonding, VCSEL packaging, fibre optic assembly, optical sensor manufacture, lens fixturing, laminating, and other demanding optical assembly applications.
