Description

INTERTRONICS range of polyethylene, static dissipative bottles. These ESD safe bottles have an average surface resistivity of 109 to 1010 ohms/sq. The bottles will dissipate a charge of +/- 5000 volts in less than two seconds at 40% RH.

The moulding process avoids the use of ethoxylated tertiary amines, a widely used anti static agent which can cause contamination. By their chemical nature, the bottles will not have any chemical reactivity with solvents such as alcohol, including IPA and acetone. The pH of the DI water solutions tested were the same before and after a seven day period. No colour changes or any other physical changes were noted for any of the solvents tested.
