About Flux Dispensing Pens, Tacky Flux

CircuitWorks® Flux Dispensing Pens provide a convenient and clean way to apply a variety of flux types commonly used in manual prototype, rework, and repair – with controlled and exact application. Their gel composition holds components in position even with board movement. They display excellent material compatibility, are non-corrosive and halide-free, are fast drying and minimise flux waste.

We offer a range of Flux Dispensing Pens (CIR CW 8400 Lead-Free Flux, CIR CW8100 No Clean Flux, CIR CW8200 Rosin Flux):

  • Flux meets IPC SF-818 for Surface Insulation Resistance
  • Flux meets ANSI / IPC J-STD-004, Type ROL0
  • Can be easily removed with a CircuitWorks Flux Remover Pen

and Tacky Flux Dispensing Syringes (CIR CW8500 No-Clean Tacky Flux and CIR CW8700 Lead-Free Tacky Flux).

  • No refrigeration required
