About DCD Two-Part Cartridge Dispensing System

The pneumatically operated Dual Cartridge Dispenser grants the controllable mixing and dispensing of material packaged in two-part, 50ml, 200ml and 400ml side-by-side cartridges. Capable of processing a range of mix ratios from 1:1 to 2:1 and 4:1 to 10:1, the system uses an actuated piston to apply even pressure during dispensing. Easy loading and unloading of cartridges is achieved with a piston retraction control.

Low viscosity materials can be futher controlled using the included FIS 710PTLF Pinch Tube Dispensing Valve and optional Dispense Controller, allowing repeatable deposits and clean, drip-free dispensing. The dispenser can be either used on a benchtop or integrated into a fully automated dispensing system.

The benchtop system kit pairs the dual cartridge dispenser with a robust stand. Using height and angle adjustment, the mount allows accurate dispenser positioning above your parts. A compact controller provides all the necessary air logic functions and maintains control of air pressure to the dispenser.

The automated robot system kit allows the dispenser to be mounted to any 3-axis robot, granting increased repeatability and faster part processing. Containing all the mounting hardware required, the kit also includes sample dispensing needles and mixing nozzles to facilitate process development and testing, allowing an optimal process to be achieved.
