About CR300 310ml Cartridge Retainer for Dispensing
The Fisnar CR300 310ml Cartridge Retainer allows 310ml cartridges to be safely pressurised, and aids the dispensing of sealants, silicones, adhesives, liquids and pastes. Material from the pressurised cartridge can be directly dispensed through a cartridge nozzle, or fed to a dispensing valve for better control.
The design is optimised for superior seal performance and durability, by sealing directly onto the inside of the cartridge. The high-grade anodised alloy retainer and cap ensures a safe and comfortable dispensing pressure of up to 100psi (6.9 bar). With its optimised tube design, this precision machined cartridge retainer reduces cartridge expansion whilst decreasing the risk of air ingress to the fluid, and is constructed with machined aluminium to ensure a high quality and durable long lasting product.
A single shut-off, quick release air input connector ensures safe and easy disconnection when changing fluid cartridges. This air input connector eliminates the need for an isolating compressed air feed each time the fluid cartridge is changed, thus allowing for quicker change-over times.
When paired with a dispensing valve, the Fisnar CR300 is used as a pressurised fluid reservoir system.
Equipped with a quick and easy screw on cap, the CR300 Cartridge Retainer can be attached directly to an air-powered dispenser, allowing cartridges to be used for timed and manual potting and bead dispensing. Bracketry is available should you wish to mount the CR300 to a robot for automated dispensing.
