Description
LED assembly is faster and better with DYMAX light curing resins. Light-Cap™ Resins cure in seconds and are designed to increase productivity while accommodating lifetime durability and reliability requirements. This new, patent-applied-for technology is designed to endure higher temperatures, resist yellowing and transmit more light. DYMAX optoelectronic materials are available for most LED and LCD applications.
Offering better clarity at higher temperatures than traditional UV chemistries and epoxy doming resins, Dymax Light-Cap™ Resins keep LED lighting brighter over time. White LED's stay bright white and coloured LED's keep their "true" colour so red doesn't turn orange and blue doesn't turn green. Process savings to 90% and higher have been reported.
