Description
IRS 3030 is a high performance, general purpose polyurethane
electronics grade potting compound and electrical encapsulant. It has an
excellent glass-like finish and is very low in viscosity resulting in a resin
system which is flame retardant, has excellent adhesion and low stress thermal
cycling characteristics, whilst still retaining the flow properties necessary
to fill intricate units. IRS 3030 has none of the problems usually associated
with filled polyurethane systems such as sedimentation and moisture sensitivity,
and degasses easily.
