High Pressure Dispensing Needle Valve
for high viscosity materials

Description
The IJF LV-0126RJ Dispensing Valve is a high pressure needle valve designed for micro-shot dispensing of high viscosity fluids that need to be pressurised up to 3500 psi. The dispensing valve also has a shot size adjustment feature, which allows the valve to be fine-tuned for precise dispensing deposits.

Operation
The valve is opened and closed by applying pressure to the ports using a valve controller (e.g. IJF DSPE-501A automatic liquid dispenser). The valve maybe operated with as little as 30 psi. Material is supplied to the stainless steel body through a 1/4" NPT female port. Fluid pressure may be as high as 3500psi. Shot size and flow rate are controlled by the tip size, fluid pressure and the duration that the valve is open.
