Description
A comprehensive range of metering, mixing and dispensing equipment for use with multi-part liquids, such as polyurethanes, epoxies, acrylic adhesives and silicone rubbers.

IJF I&J10B standard base mounted system

The bench mounted I&J10 series is a pneumatically powered, precision metering, mixing and dispensing range of equipment designed to volumetrically dispense small discrete shots and beads from as low as 0.012ml.

A single acting piston pump design ensures consistent and reliable operation. Material is gravity fed and drawn into the piston cylinder by the creation of a vacuum when the piston returns to the home position.

Precise volumetric outputs can range from 0.012 to 100ml per cycle. Ratios can be pre-set from 1:1 to 20:1, dependent upon the system selected.

IJF I&J10F frame mounted with agitator and 2 gallon tanks

When requesting a proposal for a metering, mixing & dispensing system it is important that information on the material is available. This can be obtained from the material supplier.

The ratio of the two materials, volume and shot sizes required need to be accurately determined. This information is necessary in providing an exact proposal for any application.

A valuable but simple single page questionnaire is available to aid in obtaining the correct information.

Model Features
IJF I&J10B Standard base mounted system with low volume reservoirs. Integral non-return valves deliver the materials in the correct ratio and shot size.
IJF I&J10F Bench frame mounted system with higher volume reservoirs.
IJF I&J10C Bench frame mounted system with a unique captive piston design that prevents potential outgassing in urethane type materials caused by high vacuum reload induced by a solid piston.
IJF I&J10R For remote mounting to an I&J Fisnar cartesian or SCARA type robot. The I&J10R can also be driven by a stepper or servo motor drive (request catalog).
IJF I&J10D Designed for high viscosity abrasive materials.
