Precision Fluid Dispensers are used for the application of adhesives, epoxies, coatings, sealants, gaskets, greases, oils, inks, paints, enamels, lacquers, solvents, conductive adhesives, UV light curing adhesives, anaerobic adhesives, cyanoacrylate adhesives, super glues, silicones, solder paste, solder flux – and many other fluids and pastes. They allow measured shots, beads or small potting deposits. Our Fluid Dispensers can also be used with pneumatic dispensing valves to manage their output.

Fluid Dispensers are also known as dispensing machines, automatic dispensers, glue dispensers, pneumatic dispensers, time/pressure dispensers, shot meters,  and so on.

 We have two types:
  1. Time/pressure based systems. These can be analogue or fully digital
  2. Pumps based on peristaltic action, for precision control of lower viscosity liquid

Peristaltic Pump Dispensers

Peristaltic pump dispensers transfer low viscosity liquids by pressure displacement applied by a turning rotor against a tube carrying the material. Usually these pumps are chosen because the liquids are hazardous or difficult to work with and it is advisable to limit operator contact. Another reason is that peristaltic pumps are air free.
