It's that easy with Nikko-Rack patented quick-width adjustment. The unique "smart rack" keeps the card guide remaining absolutely parallel while providing excellent rigidity. The reason is quite simple... our rack and pinion assembly allows infinite adjustments to any size board and our racks fit all board handling equipment.

Card quides designed for reliability

The Nikko-Rack card guides are assembled in five separate sections to add both strength and to simplify ease of replacement if needed.

Each card guide is ribbed for strength, resistance to warpage, and to dissipate heat. Each card guide is attached to the supporting hat plate with designed tolerances that can absorb any stress thereby reducing warpage or bending.
