DYMAX UV Curing Systems use moderate- to high-intensity UV/visible light for the fast curing of UV adhesives, UV coatings and UV inks. A modular UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and standard 400 Watt metal halide bulb. Shutter assemblies, mounting stands, UV shields, and additional UV curing bulbs are available to create a custom UV curing system.

UV curing flood lights and focused beam flood lamps can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications including UV bonding, UV sealing and UV encapsulating. Modular
The curing flood lamps consist of a power supply, reflector housing and 400 Watt metal halide UV curing bulb. Accessories can be ordered with or retrofitted to the UV curing lamp after purchase, including shutter assemblies, UV shields and UV flood lamp stands.

Conveyors, integration & automation
INTERTRONICS offers conveyorised UV curing lamp systems (1, 2), and can offer other types of integration and automation. UV lamps can also be added to robotics.
