About IDMVG DV5005DFS Positive Displacement Auger Valve with Disposable Fluid Path

The IDMVG DV5005DFS Positive Displacement Auger Valve has been developed to accurately dispense high viscosity materials and has a disposable fluid path. The cartridges are easily interchanged for simple clean-up, allowing for continuous operation, and contain acetal auger screws which are hard wearing and have low surface energy for clean dispensing. Three versions of the disposable auger cartridge are available: 6, 8 and 16 pitch.

The valve allows for easy maintenance and is suitable for abrasive materials and two-part fluids, solder pastes and SMD adhesives. It has a short fluid path with no dead space, minimising material wastage. The IDMVG DV5005DFS Positive Displacement Auger Valve delivers precise, repeatable dots and beads for any automated or manually operated application.

Valve Controller
The Positive Displacement Auger Valve is used in conjunction with the VC1100 Digital Valve Controller. The valve controller has 8 program spaces available that can be selected manually via the front panel, or alternatively via the I/O interface. Digital pressure monitoring, graphical display, and easy operation round out the overall picture.IDMVG VC1140 Valve controller
