Fisnar F5200N.1 Benchtop Gantry Dispensing Robot

The automation of any manual bench dispensing application can be easy to justify, with a quick return on investment (ROI). The versatile UNITOP™ F5200N.1 is a compact and economically priced robot that can be used either as a benchtop or a gantry system, allowing users to create their workstation. The F5200N.1 is also ideal for conveyor fed automation or installed in work cells operating as a slave robot.

 

 

The F5200N.1 has a working area of 200 x 200mm with a resolution accuracy of 0.001mm. Using the teach pendant, this benchtop gantry dispensing robot supports Fisnar’s industry leading dispensing software and can store and retrieve up to 100 programs (400,000 points). It has a three-axis design and is capable of interfacing with any INTERTRONICS dispensing equipment. The F5200N.1 can use simple dispensing barrels, controlled by a pneumatic dispenser, or a dispensing valve, fed from some form of reservoir. We provide a full turnkey solution. Programming is simple with easy to follow English language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a teach pendant. An LCD display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created quickly and simply.
