About Fisnar F5000 Series Benchtop Gantry Dispensing Robots

The automation of any manual benchtop dispensing application can be easy to justify, with a quick return on investment (ROI). The versatile UNITOP™ F5000 Series robots are compact and economically priced robots that can be used either as a benchtop or a gantry system. The F5000 series dispensing robots are ideal for conveyor fed automation or installed in work cells operating as a slave robot.

 

 

The F5000 Series have work areas up to 300mm with a resolution accuracy of 0.001mm. Using the teach pendant, these benchtop gantry dispensing robots support Fisnar’s industry-leading dispensing software and can store and retrieve up to 100 programs containing 50,000 points each. They have a three-axis design and are capable of interfacing with any INTERTRONICS dispensing equipment.

The modular connectivity design of the Fisnar F5000 series offers an easy configuration with a number of add-on productivity accessories such as Tip Alignment KitHeight Sensor and CCD Camera Vision System. Our in-house technical team are available to help you select the most efficient and cost-effective dispensing system for your application.

We are able to provide complete robotic dispensing systems to include any required dispensing valves and pumps, material feed reservoirs and robot safety enclosures. Dispensing equipment can be easily integrated with curing or surface preparation equipment to improve your process.

Programming

Programming the F5000 Series dispensing robot is simple with easy to follow English language instructors. Commands can be entered through a number of ways including a teach pendant, RS232 connection or proprietary PC software (sold separately).
