The THINKY ARV-310 and THINKY ARV-5000 are new versions of our very successful THINKY ARE-250 Mixing and Degassing Machines. They are industrial non-contact "planetary" mixers for all engineering compounds. They mix, disperse and degas your materials in seconds to minutes, in a sealed or lid-less container such as a jar, beaker, syringe tube or cartridge. The non-contact mixing principle makes it possible to formulate compounds from very small amounts such as 0.5ml to large production scales.

The THINKY ARV Series machines differentiate themselves by having integral vacuum capability, in addition to the rotation and revolution mixing. They come into their own when highly viscous materials are involved, or when a very high level of deaeration is required - where no bubbles, even micro-bubbles - can be tolerated.

To illustrate the performance differences, these pictures show a two part silicone which has been mixed with 50% by volume of carbon black (particle size 75nm). The top picture illustrates a section through hand mixed sample. Inevitably, there are air bubbles, and also agglomeration of the carbon black particles.

The second picture illustrates a section through a sample mixed with the THINKYARE-250. Note that there are no air bubbles and the mixture is completely dispersed and homogeneous. The last picture shows a similar result; with the THINKY ARV-310.

THINKY
  · For highly viscous, or materials with varied densities, or dry particle mixing
  · Simultaneous process of dispersion and deaeration in one batch
  · Process in seconds to minutes
  · Process in your containers such as jar, barrel, cartridge, syringe or tube
  · Removal of voids and re-dispersion of filled materials packed in syringes
  · Non-invasive processing ends the risk of cross contamination between batches
  · Process from 0.5ml - minimises waste of high value materials
  · Re-mixing of separated materials to prolong shelf life
  · No loss of volatiles in vacuum-less processing
  · No damage to materials unlike the use of rollers, mixing blades or propellers
  · No unit cleaning required between batches, eliminates non-productive work
