Phoseon Technology has pioneered the use of LED technology for UV curing in printing, coatings and adhesives.
Typical applications include:
- UV adhesive applications include electronics, industrial, medical, optical and many others
- Curing of inks in digital inkjet, screen, flexographic and offset printing
- UV coatings on wood and vinyl, electronics, automotive, musical instruments and fixtures
Phoseon LED curing sources range from 75 x 75 mm up to 300 x 20 mm, operating at standard 395 nm and 365 nm wavelengths. They will be of interest to those of you curing adhesives and coatings, inks and other UV materials.
These LED UV curing lamps can be turned on and off instantly, so optimising efficiency and lowering operation costs over the application lifetime. They provide maximum UV energy, consistent output and long-term reliability while also improving workplace safety through the elimination of harmful substances such as ozone and mercury.
Adding the Phoseon range to our existing LED products provides customers with significant options for their UV material and curing equipment projects, and great synergies with our extensive range of UV curable materials, especially LED UV curable formulations.
