We are recruiting for the following roles

Accounts Administrator
We require an Accounts Administrator, a standalone position based within a busy sales & operations office, reporting to the Finance & Personnel Manager. This person will take responsibility for our debtors list and will be carrying out daily, weekly & monthly purchase ledger tasks to deadline. It is a varied role, with multiple tasks across the accounts function. A bookkeeping/accountancy qualification or relevant experience is required.

This role takes responsibility for carrying out daily activities which feed fundamental information to other departments, therefore the ability to work to deadline is very important. We pride ourselves on being easy to do business with, therefore you will be required to proactively correspond with our customers & suppliers via telephone and email, along with our internal colleagues. This is a busy role within a process driven accounts department, so you will be matching, coding & processing purchase ledger invoices in keeping with procedure. However, we also promote a continuous improvement approach, so the ability to spot opportunities to improve and promote change is also important. We use Access Dimensions accounting software, and experience of this would be helpful.

Internal Sales Executive
We require an enthusiastic sales professional in an office-based role, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager. This person will sell our products to existing and potential customers, working in close conjunction with an External Sales/Product Specialist managing a geographic territory. We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer experience. The role entails both commercial and technical aspects of the sales process. This person must have a passion for selling, but must also be able to organise and plan the team sales activity.

There will be extensive contact with customers, primarily by telephone and e-mail but will involve some customer meetings both in our facility and on-site visits. You will work as an equal team member with an external Product Specialists to manage a geographically defined sales territory, maximising our sales opportunities therein. You will be qualifying and responding to our sales leads, organising quotations, sales information, demonstrations, samples and evaluations, and recording sales processes.
