Description
Our range of Dispensing Valves is quite comprehensive. The
are controlled pneumatically (often by one of our Dispensing Controllers
like the IJF DSPE501). They offer accurate and repeatable
micro dispensing of a range of industrial liquids such as adhesives, inks,
coatings, solvents and sealants. They can be mounted on one of our robotic
dispensing solutions or hand-held.

IJF CV629 Cartridge Valve
The CV629 Cartridge Valve is a pneumatically operated dispensing valve designed for precision dispensing of all types of fluids, such as solvents, oils, silicones, glues, UV adhesives, inks, etc. Shot sizes may be fine tuned by turning the adjustment screw at the top of the valve; hence the CV629 valve is recommended for applications where micro deposits are required. Suitable for hand-held use. |

IJF VD510 Diaphragm Valve
The VD510 Diaphragm Valve is engineered for precise flow control of low to medium viscosity liquids with a minimum shot size of 0.001ml. The diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the air supply which makes it suitable for dispensing cyanoacrylates, reagents, anaerobic material, solvents, glue, electrolytes and alcohols. |

IJF 710PTNM Pinch Tube Valve The IJF 710PTNM Pinch Tube Valve is engineered for precise control of semi-viscous liquids including mixed two-part component fluids and cyanoacrylates. The only part of the valve making contact with the fluid being dispensed is the disposable pinch tube assembly. |

IJF 790 High Pressure
Spool Valve
The IJF 790 series of High-Pressure Spool Valves are an ideal economic
choice to dispense high viscosity materials such as silicones, RTVs,
sealants and greases. The 790 provides a snap-release shut off after dispensing,
resulting in a suck-back at the fluid outlet, thus preventing any drip or post-dispense
extrusion. |

IJF LV-0126RJ High Pressure Needle Dispensing Valve
A high pressure stainless steel needle valve designed for micro-shot dispensing of high viscosity fluids that need to be pressurized up to 3500 psi. The dispensing valve also has a shot size adjustment feature, which can fine tune the valve for precise dispensing deposits. |

IJF SV1000SS Spray Valve
The SV1000SS Spray Valve provides close tolerance spray dispensing of fluids of up to 1000 cps. The SV1000SS is constructed in stainless steel to prevent corrosion from volatile materials. With a spray angle of 12° and an operating frequency of 200 cycles/min, the SV1000SS is designed for spraying flux, urethane, paint, lubricants, and for coating and conformal coating applications. |

IJF MV-0180NM Micro-shot Mini Valve The IJF MV-0180NM Micro-shot Mini Valve is a dispensing needle valve designed for precision dispensing of all types of fluids in minute to moderate shot sizes. Its optional lightweight pencil-type grip makes the valve suitable for either hand held or automatic applications. Shot sizes may be fine tuned by turning the adjustment knob at the top. |

IJF PDV-1000 Positive Displacement Screw Valve
The IJF PDV-1000 series of Positive Displacement Screw Valves is suitable
for all medium to high-viscosity pastes, epoxies, solder pastes and other
filled materials. Capable of dispensing a minimum shot size of 0.5mm, the
PDV-1000 uses an archimedes type servo-motor driven auger screw. |

IJF VDP150 Positive Displacement Valve
The IJF VDP150 Positive Displacement Valve is a plunger pump pneumatically operated positive displacement valve designed for dispensing constant volume shots of low to medium viscosity materials. The VDP150 has two integral check valves to control the flow of material. |
