Description
We supply a comprehensive range of needles and tips for precision dispensing of fluids, liquids, adhesives, sealants, greases, etc.

Blunt end stainless steel dispensing needle tips are the most popular and versions can be found in different gauges and lengths. They can be supplied with both 45° and 90° bends to help access difficult areas. Tapered needles are used for high viscosity fluids; they are also described as "smooth flow". Precision tips are machined completely from stainless steel. Teflon (ptfe) tips are used to dispense cyanoacrylate adhesives.

All luer lock tips fit our dispensing barrels and manual syringes. All of our premium tips have a threaded luer lock, which prevents the tip from loosening in the barrel and falling off (especially with "slippery" materials like oil and silicone).

The tip is an important part of the dispensing system selection process. It is the point of exit and plays an important role in controlling the deposit.
