Description
ACC Silicone Thermally Conductive Compounds is a complete range of adhesives, potting compounds and greases which aid in the thermal management of electronics.
Applications
- Heat sink compounds for components
- Potting and bonding of components and pcb's
- Encapsulation and bonding of pcb's into casings to provide both environmental protection and thermal transfer to the external heat sink
- Transformer encapsulation
- Grease to provide lubrication, protection and heat transfer
